Position: Customer Care Associate
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Management, or related fields
- 0–1 year of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English and Amharic
- Fluency in Afan Oromo or Tigrinya (depending on position)
- Other local languages are an added advantage
- Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
Language Requirements
- Position 1: Amharic and Afan Oromo required
- Position 2: Amharic and Tigrinya required
Role Description
The Customer Care Associate will:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide accurate product and service information
- Ensure high-quality customer experience
- Follow call center procedures and guidelines
- Use company tools and systems effectively
- Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction standards
