Educational Qualification
Applicants must have one of the following:
- College Diploma
- 10+3
- Level III or Level IV
The qualification should be in:
- Customer Contact & Secretarial Operations
- Customer Contact & Secretarial Operations Coordination
- Secretarial Science
- Office Management
Work Experience
Applicants must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following roles:
- Administrative Assistant
- Archives Clerk
- Customer Profile Management Clerk
- Secretary
COC: Preferable.
Required Competencies
Applicants should have:
- Excellent English writing, reading, and speaking skills
- Excellent Amharic writing, reading, and speaking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Employment and Salary
Employment Type: Fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension
Salary: According to Ethio telecom’s salary scale
Duty Station: Addis Ababa – Arada
