Position 1: Associate Foreclosure & Debt Litigation Officer
Educational Qualification
- LLB Degree in Law
Work Experience
- Minimum 4 years of relevant legal experience
- At least 2 years of experience in the banking sector
Job Objective
The Associate Foreclosure & Debt Litigation Officer will handle complex legal matters and court proceedings related to debt, loan litigation, and criminal cases, including matters before tribunals.
The position will also be responsible for identifying emerging trends associated with loan defaults that may affect the Bank.

- At least 3 years of experience in the banking sector
Job Objective
The Foreclosure and Debt Litigation Officer will help protect the Bank from potential legal vulnerabilities by:
- Providing legal analysis
- Drafting legal advice related to the credit process
- Reviewing and confirming legally required documents
