Available Position
Position: Administration & Customer Liaison Officer
Educational Qualification
- Diploma or above in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service, administration, telemarketing, or email marketing is an advantage
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply
Technical Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English and Amharic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Ability to quickly learn about company products and services
Job Purpose
Serve as the vital link between Ethio Malaya Trading PLC and its customers by handling proactive outreach, professional email communication, and effective product introduction to generate interest, build relationships, and support sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential and existing customers via email to introduce new and existing products
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain an organized database of customer contacts and communication logs
- Prepare and send product information sheets, catalogs, and promotional materials
- Support the sales and marketing team with administrative tasks related to customer follow-up and lead management
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on outreach activities and customer feedback
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
