JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Ethio-Life continued to be the ONLY specialized company in the life insurance business in the Ethiopian insurance industry until August, 2012 In consideration of the immense potentials and viability of the general insurance business emanating from the rapid economic growth of the country, shareholders of Ethio-Life were determined to expand the service of the company by including Non-life (general) insurance products into its business portfolio.’
Position 1: Manager, Property & Facility Management Division
- Qualification: BA/BSC/LLB degree in Management, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Law or any other related field of study from a recognized University
- Experience: A minimum of seven(7) years of relevant experience and two (2) of which as senior position or equivalent
- Insurance experience are preferable
Additional qualities and competencies required
- Ability to plan, standardize, execute & administer own activities
- Good Knowledge of systematic maintenance and safe custody of title deed
- Good knowledge of record management of all company moveable and immovable property
- Ability to manage procurement process and resource mobilization
- Highly oriented in customer service
- Ability to identify & resolve problems
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
- Good knowledge of computer application
- Dedication , hardworking capacity

Position 2: Claims Officer-II
- Qualification: BA/BSC degree in Management/ Accounting/Marketing/Economics or other related field of studies from a recognized University
- Experience: A minimum of four(4) years of relevant experience in insurance, on Claims handling
- Qty: 2
- Insurance experience are preferable
Additional qualities and competencies required
- Considerable knowledge of insurance business
- Considerable knowledge of company claims policies and procedures and claims investigation techniques
- Ability to verify appropriateness of payment requests
- Good human relations and communication skills

Position 3: Claims Officer-I
- Qualification: BA/BSC degree in Management/ Accounting/Marketing/Economics or other related field of studies from a recognized University
- Experience: A minimum of two (2) years’ service in insurance, on claims handling.
- Qty: 2
- Insurance experience are preferable
Additional qualities and competencies required
- Basic knowledge of insurance business
- Basic knowledge of company claim policies and Procedures
- Ability to expedite progress of repairs
- Good human relations and communication skills
- Dependable and team player
