Available Positions & Requirements
1. Senior Marketing Officer
Qualification: BA degree in Management, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related field from a recognized higher learning institution
Experience: Minimum 4 years in marketing, customer relations, or related roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in developing new products, marketing policies, and strategies
- Implement advertising and promotion campaigns
- Utilize analytical, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate dedication, reliability, and teamwork
Salary & Benefits: As per company scale and benefits package
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
2. Special Branch Manager
Qualification: BA/BSc/MA/MSc in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
Experience:
- BA holders: 9 years of relevant work experience, including at least 6 years in progressive branch management and 2 years as Branch Manager Grade I
- MA/MSc holders: 7 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in progressive branch management and 2 years as Branch Manager Grade I
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, standardize, and control general business operations
- Monitor and evaluate business performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Demonstrate dedication, reliability, and teamwork
- CII Certification is an added advantage
