Position Overview: Junior IE Executive
The Junior IE Executive will support production efficiency, method improvement, and line balancing activities by applying industrial engineering principles to improve productivity, quality, and operational standards across production lines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Zero years of work experience required (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan and implement method improvement and standardization programs
- Conduct weekly production line capacity assessments
- Perform operator multiskilling activities and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate machine layout preparation before new style production begins
- Ensure workplace organization meets world-class standards
- Prepare employee incentive calculations accurately and on time
- Maintain AB% and LTO% below 4% in assigned areas
- Ensure daily line balancing and timeline adherence
- Verify that physical carders match system records
- Monitor weekly line efficiency and capacity performance
- Identify bottleneck operations and implement improvement actions
- Plan and manage timely operator replacements when required
- Support replacement operators to achieve required performance levels
- Identify low-performing operators and arrange targeted training
- Prepare daily incentive claims based on system-generated earnings
- Implement and sustain best practices such as 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, ISO methods, and standardization
