Qualifications:

MSc/BSc in Mechanical, Civil, Automotive Engineering, or related fields

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a surveyor or equivalent in an insurance company
Skills & Abilities:

Strong risk assessment and investigation skills

Knowledge of surveying techniques

Negotiation, human relations & communication skills

Team player with reliability
2️⃣ Reinsurance Officer – I
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications:

BA/BSc in Management, Accounting, Marketing, Statistics, or related fields

At least 2 years of experience in insurance operations
Skills & Abilities:

Deep understanding of insurance and reinsurance practices

Analytical thinking and sound judgment

Strong interpersonal & communication skills

3️⃣ Senior Reinsurance Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in insurance operations

4️⃣Manager – Claim Division (2 Positions)

Qualifications:

8+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a senior insurance role
