1️⃣ Senior – IFB Product Development Officer

Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and control of the Interest-Free Banking (IFB) product division
-
Develop and manage Islamic finance products throughout the lifecycle
-
Define product vision aligned with Awash Bank’s strategy
-
Collaborate across departments to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals
-
Monitor competitor and market trends to inform product positioning
Qualifications:
-
BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, or Economics
-
Minimum 6 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in IFB services
2️⃣ Senior – Conventional Product Development Officer

Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end lifecycle of retail banking products
-
Identify customer needs and develop innovative product offerings

Conduct market and competitor analysis
-
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive product success

Ensure alignment of products with strategic business objectives
Qualifications:

BA in Marketing, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 6 years of experience in product marketing and research
