AVAILABLE POSITIONS
Position 1: Senior Relationship Officer
Educational Qualification
Applicants must possess:
- BA Degree in Banking & Finance
- Marketing & Communication
- Accounting & Finance
- Management
- Business Administration
- Any other related field of study
Work Experience
- Minimum of 5.5 years of relevant work experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a relevant Officer position within the banking industry
Salary
As per the Bank’s salary scale
Place of Work
Addis Ababa
Position 2: Branch Manager Grade C
Educational Qualification
Applicants must possess:
MA/MBA Degree in:
- Banking & Finance
- Accounting
- Business Administration
- Economics
- Management
- Any other related field
OR
BA Degree in the above-mentioned fields
Work Experience
For MA/MBA Holders:
- Minimum of 6.5 years of banking work experience
For BA Degree Holders:
- Minimum of 8.5 years of banking work experience
Additionally, applicants must have:
- At least 2 years of experience as Customer Service Manager Grade B
OR
- At least 3 years of experience as Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A
