About the Role
Emirates Airlines is looking for Cabin Crew to join its dynamic, multicultural team. Cabin crew are responsible for providing exceptional in-flight service, ensuring passenger comfort and safety, and representing Emirates’ global brand.
As a member of the Emirates team, you will be part of a professional, empathetic, and cosmopolitan organization that values high standards, teamwork, and cultural awareness.
Key Requirements
- Minimum high school graduate (Grade 12)
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service
- Height at least 160 cm and reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes
- No visible tattoos while wearing the Emirates cabin crew uniform
- Must meet UAE employment visa requirements
- Positive attitude, solution-oriented, and able to manage a demanding work schedule
- Culturally aware and able to deliver authentic customer experiences
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: AED 4,980 / month
- Flying Pay: AED 69.60 / hour (80–100 hours per month)
- Average Total Pay: AED 11,244 / month (~USD 3,100 / EUR 2,600 / GBP 2,280)
