1. Senior Accountant
Location: Addis Ababa
Job Type: Full-time
Number of Positions: 1
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
- Prepare financial reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).
- Reconcile and document general ledger transactions.
- Oversee accounts receivable, billing, and accounts payable.
- Ensure tax reporting and compliance.
- Support payroll in collaboration with HR.
- Manage external audit preparation.
- Implement internal controls and process improvements.
- Provide mentorship to junior accounting staff.
Ideal Profile:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational ability.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and professional.
2. Call Center Operator
Location: Addis Ababa
Job Type: Project-based
Number of Positions: 2 per language (Amharic, Afaan Oromo, Sidama, Somali, Tigrigna)
Qualifications:
- Diploma in any field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Listen actively and provide accurate information to customers.
- Build trust through clear and interactive communication.
- Resolve complaints empathetically and escalate when needed.
