Education and Requirements
- BA or BSc in any field.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with people.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools and systems.
- Knowledge of database management software.
- Interest in learning and developing new skills.
- Willingness to work full-time.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Clean and professional appearance.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Applicants should preferably be located around Sar Bet or nearby areas.
Key Responsibilities
The Data Encoder will be responsible for:
- Entering different types of data into systems accurately.
- Inputting, updating, maintaining, and deleting records in databases, spreadsheets, or ERP systems.
- Reviewing documents for errors or missing information before and after data entry.
- Converting paper documents and invoices into structured digital formats.
- Using technology such as tablets and applications to accurately manage data.
- Maintaining a clean and professional appearance while representing the company.
- Collaborating with the research team to ensure accurate data encoding and reporting.
Salary and Benefits
- Gross Salary: ETB 9,000 per month
- Transport Allowance: ETB 600 per month
