Position: Operations Officer – Somali Speaker
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service support at VFS Global offices.
- Handle customer queries and complaints with efficiency and professionalism.
- Manage operational tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support administrative processes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: BSc or BA degree in any field of study.
- Experience: 0–2 years in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment (fresh graduates welcome).
- Skills:
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Strong MS Office skills with good typing speed.
- Adaptability and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to innovate and improve processes.
- Languages:
- Mandatory: Fluency in Somali, Amharic, and English.
- Preferred: Tigrigna, Afan Oromo, or Arabic.
