Position: Regional English Connects Lead, SSA
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage teacher development projects across Sub-Saharan Africa, both face-to-face and online.
- Oversee and grow digital learning networks and communities of practice.
- Support English Language Teaching (ELT) policy integration and alignment with global research and trends.
- Manage grant and contract-based projects, ensuring compliance and impact delivery.
Requirements
- English language teaching qualification.
- Proven experience in teacher development projects (digital and in-person).
- Experience managing online learning communities or digital networks.
- Knowledge of ELT education policy and international research trends.
- Strong background in grant/contract management.
- Must have legal right to work in one of the listed countries (no relocation or visa sponsorship available).
