Position 1: Client Support Associate
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong computer skills, especially Excel and other office applications.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Position 2: Software Engineer
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in coding (college, bootcamp, or self-taught).
- Portfolio or sample work (e.g., GitHub projects, apps, or side projects).
- Curiosity, drive, and ability to learn quickly.
- (Bonus) Experience with Cloud or DevOps tools.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and ship full-stack applications (web & mobile).
- Work with modern technologies: React, Node.js, Spring, Postgres, Docker, etc.
- Transform ideas from concept to production.
- Collaborate with team members, push code daily, and tackle challenging problems.
- Build scalable backend systems handling large-scale government data.
