Position: Junior IE Executive
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (0 years of experience required).
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement method improvement and standardization programs.
- Monitor weekly line capacity and efficiency.
- Conduct operator multiskilling and maintain proper records.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure proper machine layouts before production.
- Implement world-class workplace standards including 5S, Kaizen, Lean, ISO.
- Prepare and process employee incentive records accurately and on time.
- Ensure bottleneck operations are identified and improved.
- Support training for low-performing operators to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness procedures in the workplace.
