Position 1: Teaching Assistant (KG–Grade 8)
Educational Qualification
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in:
- Education
- Early Childhood Education
- Related fields
Experience
- Previous experience working with children in a school or childcare setting is preferred, but not mandatory.
Required Skills
- Strong English and Amharic communication skills.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office and email).
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Professional attitude and classroom support skills.

Position 2: Kindergarten Coordinator
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Early Childhood Education
- Education
- Related fields
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of Kindergarten/EYFS teaching experience.
- Leadership or coordination experience is required.
- Experience with the British Curriculum (Pearson Edexcel) and EYFS is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for early childhood education.
- Fluent English (Amharic is an advantage).

Position 3: Teacher
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field.
- BSc + PGDT is also accepted.
- Recognized teaching certification or diploma.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience.
- Experience with the Pearson Edexcel/British Curriculum is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Practical teaching skills.
- Knowledge of educational technology.
- Strong classroom management.
- Excellent English communication.

Position 4: School Nurse
Educational Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
Requirements
- Valid Ethiopian nursing license.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Knowledge of first aid, emergency care, and school health services.
Preferred Skills
- Pediatric or school nursing experience.
- Good communication with students, parents, and staff.
- English and Amharic proficiency.

Position 5: General Manager – Operations, Administration & Compliance
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Educational Leadership
- Business Administration
- Management
- Finance
- Related fields
- Master’s Degree is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 7 years in senior operational or administrative management.
- Experience in:
- Budget management
- Human Resources
- Facilities management
- Regulatory compliance
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing multi-campus operations.
- Knowledge of Ethiopian labor, finance, and education laws.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Fluency in English and Amharic.
