Chilalo Food Complex PLC is inviting fresh graduates to join its Graduate Trainee Program.

The program is designed to provide comprehensive training by allowing trainees to work in different departments, gain practical experience, and develop the knowledge and skills required to become permanent employees within the company.

Educational Requirements

Applicants should have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Chemical Engineering

Academic Requirement

• Minimum CGPA of 3.6

Experience

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• No prior work experience is required

Duties and Responsibilities

The Graduate Trainee will:

• Work in different departments to gain practical experience
• Learn company operations, management practices, and business functions
• Meet SMART performance goals and objectives assigned by management
• Report progress on assigned goals and objectives
• Observe experienced staff to understand departmental procedures and standards
• Provide support in various departments, including:
  • Reporting
  • Data entry
  • Presentation preparation
  • Strategic planning
  • Customer service
• Participate in periodic performance evaluations
• Successfully complete all areas of the management training program
