Position 1: Junior Accountant
Qualifications
- BA Degree in Accounting and Finance.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience (experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or import companies is preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- High attention to detail and integrity.
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ETB 10,000 – 18,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Tender Specialist I
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Procurement
- Business
- Pharmacy
- Management
- Economics
- Related fields
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience is preferred.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Ethiopian public procurement procedures.
- Strong proposal writing skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (Amharic is an advantage).
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ETB 35,000 – 50,000 per month (Negotiable)

Position 3: Senior Sales & Business Development Executive
Qualifications
- BA/BSc Degree in:
- Pharmacy
- Marketing
- Business Administration
- Related fields
- Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong professional network within Ethiopia’s pharmaceutical and healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel nationwide.
Preferred
- Existing customer portfolio.
- Strong market intelligence.
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ETB 30,000 – 55,000 per month (Negotiable) plus commission and sales incentives
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Technical Manager
Qualifications
- BSc Degree in Pharmacy (MSc is an advantage).
- Licensed Pharmacist in Ethiopia.
- Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably in import and distribution.
- Strong knowledge of EFDA regulations and pharmaceutical product registration.
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills.
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ETB 45,000 – 55,000 per month (Negotiable) plus performance-based incentives
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
