Position 1: Business Development Specialist – Ethiopia (Heavy Weight Shipments)
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
Experience:
- 3–5 years in B2B sales
- Experience in logistics, air freight, or freight forwarding
- Proven success in winning new business accounts
Knowledge & Skills:
- Understanding of international logistics and cross-border trade
- Knowledge of customs processes
- Familiarity with DHL Express services (TDI, TDD, Express Worldwide) is an advantage
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: AFR and Gateway Team Leader
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree
Experience:
- 3–5 years in Air Freight Imports & Exports customer relations
- 1–2 years in supervisory role
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience
Skills:
- Customer focus and communication skills
- Negotiation and conflict resolution
- Planning and organizational skills
- Knowledge of international trade terms and export regulations
- Computer literacy (CargoWise, Microsoft Office)
- Strong written and verbal communication
