Position 1: Junior Ladle/Tundish Maintenance Technician
Education:
- Level II or above in Metal Fabrication, Mechanics, Machine Drive, Electricity, or related field
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year
Main Role:
- Inspect, maintain, and repair ladles and tundishes
Skills:
- Refractory lining maintenance and firebrick installation
Position 2: Billet Stacking Operator
Education:
- Level II or above in related field
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year
Main Role:
- Stack and organize finished billets safely
Skills:
- Attention to detail and safety awareness
Position 3: Junior Furnace Operator
Education:
- Level II or above in related field
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years
Main Role:
- Assist furnace operations in steel production
Skills:
- Temperature monitoring and furnace operations
Position 4: Junior De-Dusting Operator
Education:
- Level II or above in related field
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years
Main Role:
- Operate and maintain dust removal systems
Skills:
- Detect filter issues and pressure changes
Position 5: Oxy-Acetylene Cutter
Education:
- Level II or above in related field
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years
Main Role:
- Cut and shape metal components
Skills:
- Safe use of oxy-acetylene equipment
Position 6: Overhead Crane Operator
Education:
- 10th/12th grade or Level I–III in related field
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years
Main Role:
- Operate crane to move heavy materials safely
Position 7: Utility Operator
Education:
- Level II or above in related field
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years
Main Role:
- Operate and maintain air compressor systems
Skills:
- Knowledge of industrial equipment
Position 8: Continuous Casting Machine Ladle Gate Operator
Education:
- Level II or above in related field
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years
Main Role:
- Control molten steel flow and prevent spillage
Skills:
- Accuracy and safety awareness
Position 9: Continuous Casting Machine Operator
Education:
- Level II or above in related field
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years
Main Role:
- Assist casting machine operation
Skills:
- Understanding of steel production
Position 10: Production Shift Leader
Education:
- BSc in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or related

- Supervise production activities

- Planning and coordination
Position 11: Quality Supervisor
Education:
- BSc in Quality Management, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering
