Educational Requirements
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the freight forwarding or clearing industry.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent telephone communication skills and ability to handle client complaints.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and take initiative.
- High attention to detail.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required.

2. OFR Team Leader
Educational Requirements
- Degree in Logistics or an equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.

- In-depth knowledge of freight forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of ocean freight and customs.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Planning and organizational skills.
- Business process knowledge.
- Project management skills.
- Presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with CargoWise.
