Position 1: Gateway Customer Service Agent
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively call customers for customs-related updates
- Record customer bookings for clearance paperwork
- Provide accurate updates on delays and paperwork requirements
- Generate and upload daily reports
- Ensure professional, high-level customer service
Work Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Operations Agent
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Experience in customs clearance, logistics, or import/export
- Proficient in computer use
- Valid driver’s license required
Key Responsibilities:
- Support inbound and outbound shipment clearance
- Execute DHL’s standard operational flow
- Handle physical inspections with customs
- Maintain shipment records and compliance
- Perform administrative tasks under tight deadlines
Work Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Country Manager – Ethiopia
Education & Experience:
- University degree in business or related field
- Senior management or general management experience in logistics, express delivery, or related industries
- Strong P&L management background
- Excellent English communication skills
- Deep knowledge of Ethiopia’s economic environment and logistics trends
- Demonstrated leadership in motivating diverse teams
