Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Sales experience required
- Experience in real estate sales is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers using various sales techniques
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable property solutions
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations
- Respond to customer inquiries and handle concerns effectively
- Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
