Position: Test Day Delivery and Logistics Coordinator
Education
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification/experience (Required)
- Postgraduate qualification (Desirable)
Skills and Experience
Essential
- Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment
- Strong ability to deliver high levels of customer service
- Ability to ensure compliance, risk, and security standards
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Desirable
- Experience in examinations environment
- Experience supporting computer-based exams
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient and effective delivery of exam sessions
- Manage Venue Supervisors’ performance and engagement
- Coordinate and resolve operational risks and issues
- Handle customer communication directly or via support teams
- Act as the main contact person on test days
- Support logistics and operations, including weekend test sessions
