Available Positions
1. Cashier (Real Estate)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience, preferably in the real estate sector
Responsibilities:
- Receive payments via mobile money, bank transfers, checks, or cash according to company policy
- Verify and validate financial documents with bank systems or tellers
- Issue official receipts and invoices compliant with Ethiopian tax regulations
- Accurately record daily sales and payments in cash books or accounting systems
- Maintain proper custody of cash and ensure safekeeping
- Balance cash at the end of each shift/day and prepare cash reconciliation reports
- Deposit collected cash to the bank as required and submit deposit slips
2. Sales Person (Real Estate)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Minimum 3 months of sales experience in real estate
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Promote the company’s properties and services effectively
- Actively engage in sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
- Negotiate and close sales deals professionally and promptly
- Stay updated with industry trends
