Position: Junior Brewing Operator
Required Education & Experience:
- B.Sc. Degree in Food Science & Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Key Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized, focused, and keen observer
- Strong technical and process knowledge
- Ability to follow safety rules and use recommended PPE
Main Responsibilities
- Support the beer production process according to brewer instructions
- Operate brewing equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of all equipment and production areas
- Take samples and record all production activities accurately
- Handle all chemicals, waste, and additives safely with PPE
- Follow all Continuous Improvement Procedures (CIPs) per brewer instructions
- Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by line manager
Operational Duties Include:
- Receiving and preparing raw materials from warehouse
- Monitoring and operating the process from malt transfer to Bright Beer Tank (BBT)
- Cleaning machinery and hoses after CIP operations
- Recording all activities and chemical levels in logbooks
- Ensuring all work is done safely and efficiently
Important Notes:
- Consumption, sampling of beer, or use of unprescribed medicaments during working hours is strictly prohibited
