 Position: Customer Service Officer (CSO)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries with professionalism and accuracy

• Promote the bank’s products and cross-sell to meet branch resource mobilization targets

• Handle routine transactions efficiently while ensuring compliance with banking policies

• Maintain strong client relationships and uphold the bank’s brand image

• Support branch-level operations and collaborate effectively with internal teams

 Required Qualifications

• Education: BA degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related fields from a recognized university

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a banking environment is mandatory

• Demonstrated integrity and a track record of reliable service delivery

• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and customer relationship management skills
