You must:
-
Be a national of a World Bank member developing country
-
Not hold dual citizenship with any developed country
-
Hold a bachelor’s degree (earned at least 3 years prior)
-
Have 3+ years of full-time, paid development-related work experience
-
Be admitted to a participating university program
-
Not be an employee or relative of World Bank Group staff Applicants from Fragile or Conflict States may be eligible with fewer work years.
