Position 1: Regional Sales Manager
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in an FMCG environment
- At least 3 years of experience in a management role
- Proven experience leading and managing high-performing sales teams
- Strong experience working with Logistics, Finance, and Marketing teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and key accounts
Required Skills and Competencies

- Sales execution and performance management

Position 2: Associate Legal Counsel
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B)
Experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate or commercial law
- Experience in a multinational company or regulated industry is highly preferred
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopian commercial law, labor law, and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills
- Experience managing litigation and legal disputes
- Knowledge of corporate and commercial legal practice
- Regulatory compliance and legal risk management expertise
- Strong analytical, legal reasoning, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic corporate environment
