Position: Credit Controller
Minimum Qualification
Applicants should have one of the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance
- BCOM
- CPA(K)
- CCP(K)
- ACCA
A Certified Credit Professional qualification or equivalent certification is an advantage.
Required Experience
Applicants must have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG
- Extensive experience dealing with customers
- Experience with:
- Billing
- Debtor listings
- Account reconciliations
- Credit and collections

Computer & Technical Skills
Advanced computer literacy is required, including proficiency in:
- ERP (MSD)
- BPC
- BW
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
Key Responsibilities & Expectations
The Credit Controller will be expected to:
- Manage credit and collection activities effectively
- Monitor customer accounts and financial exposure
- Support accurate billing and debtor reconciliation
- Assess credit risks and implement appropriate controls
- Maintain effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement within the finance function
- Ensure compliance with credit management procedures
- Balance customer service with prudent financial management
