Open Positions
1. Compliance Officer (Addis Ababa)
Qualifications & Requirements:
- BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in auditing (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
- ACCA or CIA certification is highly advantageous.
- Experience in Compliance, Internal Control, and Internal Audit.
Key Role: Safeguard company reputation by ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting sustainable operations.
2. Regional Sales Manager (Countrywide)
Qualifications & Requirements:
- BA Degree in Marketing Management, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing, including 3 years in a managerial role.
- Valid minimum Auto/Dry 1 driving license.
- Strong background in FMCG sales management.
- Proven ability to effectively lead and manage teams.
Key Role: Oversee and drive regional sales performance, ensuring growth and effective team leadership.
3. Area Sales Manager (Countrywide)
Qualifications & Requirements:
- BA Degree in Marketing Management, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Valid minimum Auto/Dry 1 driving license.
- Hands-on sales operation experience.
- Strong ability to lead teams and deliver results under pressure.
Key Role: Manage area-level sales operations, lead sales teams, and meet targets in a dynamic FMCG environment.
