Open Positions
Position 1: Accountant
Location: Addis Ababa
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Prior FMCG sector experience is advantageous
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Attention to detail with proactive issue resolution
- Ability to work cross-functionally and adhere to internal controls and compliance standards
Position 2: Tax Accountant
Location: Addis Ababa
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tax accounting
- Familiarity with Ethiopian tax laws and compliance
- Experience in FMCG or fast-paced sectors preferred
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
- Excellent collaboration and internal coordination abilities
Position 3: Area Sales Manager
Location: Countrywide (Various Locations in Ethiopia)
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales and marketing experience
- At least 1 year in a supervisory sales role
- Valid Auto / Dry 1 driver’s license required
- Hands-on field sales experience in FMCG preferred
- Proven team leadership, strategic thinking, and market execution abilities
