Position: HR Intern
Are you a fresh graduate passionate about human rights and organizational development? Join Hope for Justice as an HR Intern and gain hands-on experience in human resources while contributing to a mission-driven organization fighting against modern slavery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Support
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and documentation processes
- Provide assistance in employee data management and filing systems
2. Record Management
- Maintain accurate employee records in digital and physical formats
- Help ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies
- Assist in organizing internal HR documents and reports
3. Learning Opportunities
- Participate in orientation sessions and HR capacity-building activities
- Gain practical exposure to NGO human resource operations
- Collaborate with teams and contribute to a positive work environment

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fresh graduate with a valid exit exam pass mark
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Amharic
- Commitment to ethical conduct and discretion in handling sensitive information
