Open Positions
1. Compliance Officer – Addis Ababa
Qualifications:
- BA degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in auditing, preferably in manufacturing
- ACCA/CIA certification is an advantage
- Exposure to Compliance, Internal Control, and Internal Audit
Key Role: Safeguard the company’s reputation by driving compliance, governance, and sustainable business practices.
2. Regional Sales Manager – Countrywide
Qualifications:
- BA in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Sales & Marketing, 3 years in a managerial role
- Valid Auto/Dry 1 driving license
- FMCG industry experience preferred
Key Role: Lead sales operations, manage regional teams, and deliver commercial growth across Ethiopia.
3. Customer Support Specialist – Addis Ababa
Qualifications:
- BA degree in Business-related fields
- 3+ years’ experience in customer support, distributor management, or sales coordination (FMCG preferred)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Knowledge of order-to-cash processes and sales operations
Key Role: Strengthen customer relationships, support sales operations, and improve distributor performance.
4. Route to Market Specialist – Addis Ababa
Qualifications:
- BA degree in Business-related fields
- 3+ years’ experience in sales within FMCG industry
- Strong skills in MS Excel and logistics software
- Expertise in RTM model, customer engagement, and data analysis
Key Role: Optimize route-to-market systems, logistics, and customer master data accuracy.
