Position: Junior Site Engineer (Multiple Departments)
Educational Qualification:
- BSc in Civil Engineering or COTM
- CGPA: 3.0 and above
- Must have passed the Exit Exam
- Graduation Year: 2024 or 2025 only
Work Experience:
- Fresh graduates with zero years of professional experience
- Bright, motivated talents with passion to learn and grow
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork attitude
- Basic proficiency in MS Office
Scope of the Role
The Junior Site Engineer will support on-site engineering operations, ensuring that contract specifications, quality standards, and compliance requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves documentation control, procurement support, QA/QC monitoring, and reporting project efficiency to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to contract specifications and guidelines during construction and handover phases.
- Support material submittals, consultant requirements, and maintain updated records.
- Uphold HSE/QA-QC procedures in line with company policies.
- Monitor procurement schedules and follow up on material deliveries.
- Manage on-site drawing control, updates, and change records.
- Perform QA/QC checks, material take-offs, and compliance reporting.
- Track and report delays, stoppages, and project constraints.
- Support testing, commissioning, and warranty compliance during project closure.
