As part of its growth and service excellence strategy, EABSC is seeking to hire a Customer Support Specialist to join its high-performing team.
Role Purpose
As Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing distributor orders, monitoring stock levels, supporting collections, and strengthening distributor relationships. You will report to the Country Lead – Customer Care and Support, playing a critical role in ensuring smooth order-to-cash processes and superior customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders from assigned regions accurately and on time
- Monitor distributor stock levels and proactively coordinate replenishment
- Support logistics to ensure timely order delivery
- Confirm credit limits for customers and facilitate collections
- Handle customer and distributor queries, complaints, and issue resolution
- Prepare and share reports on order status, service levels, and customer metrics
- Support onboarding and operational training for new distributors
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to optimize support
- Ensure operational excellence and promote a customer-first culture
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, distributor management, or sales coordination
- Experience in FMCG sector preferred
- Familiarity with sales operations, CRM systems, or order-to-cash processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Data analysis and problem-solving capability
- Highly organized with attention to detail and service orientation
- Assertive, respectful, and team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is a plus
