CRTEC Ethiopia is currently inviting qualified and motivated female fresh graduates to apply for the position of Fresh Accountant. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to begin their careers in accounting within a professional engineering consultancy environment.

Educational Qualification

Applicants must have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Accounting
  • Accounting & Finance

Experience

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Female applicants only.
• Minimum CGPA of 2.8 or above.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Honest, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Recording and maintaining accurate financial transactions.
• Preparing payment vouchers, invoices, and financial reports.
• Assisting with bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
• Maintaining proper filing of financial documents.
• Supporting monthly and annual financial reporting activities.
• Assisting with tax and other regulatory documentation when required.
• Coordinating with banks, government offices, and other external organizations for liaison-related matters as assigned.
• Performing other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.
