As part of its expansion, Abay Homes Real Estate is seeking motivated and customer-oriented professionals to join its sales team as Real Estate Sales Officers.

Position: Real Estate Sales Officer

Educational Qualification

Applicants must have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

Experience

• Junior level.
• 0–2 years of experience in real estate sales.

Required Skills

Successful candidates should demonstrate:

• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Time management skills.
• Telemarketing skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Presenting, promoting, and selling residential and commercial properties.
• Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable property options.
• Contacting prospective customers and maintaining accurate client information.
• Conducting surveys and engaging with potential customers within assigned areas.
• Achieving or exceeding daily sales targets.
• Preparing daily reports on customer follow-ups and prospecting activities.
• Planning and setting weekly, monthly, and annual sales objectives.

Compensation

• Attractive salary.
• 4% sales commission.
