Position: HR Assistant (Female Candidates Only)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field of study
- Basic English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to handle basic computer operations
- Previous HR or administrative experience is an advantage
- Must own a laptop and be able to use it for daily work
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day HR and administrative functions
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Assist in recruitment: CV screening, scheduling interviews, etc.
- Manage internal communications and employee support tasks
- Perform additional duties as assigned by HR Officer or Management
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: 10,000 ETB – 15,000 ETB (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
