Position: Call for Airline Ticketing Services
VITA/RTI Ethiopia invites qualified service providers to submit proposals for the provision of airline ticketing services. The selected provider will support both domestic and international travel needs of the organization, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and value-for-money solutions.
Scope of Services
- Booking airline tickets for both domestic and international travel
- Issuing e-tickets and providing complete itineraries
- Managing changes, cancellations, and refunds efficiently
- Providing 24/7 customer support for ticketing-related issues
- Ensuring compliance with organizational travel policies and industry regulations
Qualifications Required
- Proven experience in airline ticketing and travel services
- Competitive pricing with transparent service charges
- Capacity to handle urgent and last-minute bookings
- Strong track record in customer service and reliability
- Valid accreditation and business license
