The institution provides flexible, efficient, and sustainable financial services aimed at improving the livelihoods of low-income groups, with particular focus on women, youth, and smallholder farmers. Through its credit and savings products, Buusaa Gonofaa promotes financial inclusion and economic empowerment across Ethiopia.
Position: Internal Auditor
Educational Qualification and Experience
- BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, IT, or Social Science
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in auditing, accounting, or financial management
Technical Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in English, Afaan Oromo, and Amharic (written and verbal)
- Recognized professional qualification with strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles
- Ability to work independently with high professional integrity
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in computer applications related to accounting and audit
- Willingness to travel for field audits
Duty Station: Head Office, Addis Ababa
