Position 1: Branch Manager Grade C
Job Requirements:
- MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields with 6.5 years of experience in the banking industry
- including 2 years as Customer Services Manager Grade B or 3 years as Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A
- OR BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience in the banking industry
- Strong leadership, financial management, and customer service skills
Location: Addis Ababa, Humera
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
Position 2: Division Manager, Relationship Management
Job Requirements:
- MA in Marketing Management, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields with 7.5 years of relevant experience in banking
- OR BA in the same fields with 9.5 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated expertise in relationship management, business development, and financial analysis
Location: Addis Ababa, Mekelle, Bahir Dar
