Position: Junior Customer Service Officer
Bunna Bank is looking for enthusiastic and high-performing fresh graduates who aspire to build a professional banking career. The role of the Junior Customer Service Officer is pivotal in delivering frontline customer support and ensuring seamless branch operations
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process account maintenance, payment, and collection transactions
- Handle both cash and non-cash transactions efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service issues
- Ensure compliance with branch policies and operational guidelines
- Provide front-office support and contribute to the bank’s customer satisfaction goals
Minimum Qualifications
- Educational Requirement: BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Economics, or related fields
- Graduation Year: 2023, 2024, or 2025
- CGPA: 3.0 and above
- Age: Under 30 years old
- Experience: Not required (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
