Position Summary: Junior Designer
We are seeking a Junior Designer with a passion for innovation and technical excellence to support our production and engineering teams. You will create precise 2D and 3D design outputs using professional tools like SolidWorks and AutoCAD, contributing to locally manufactured custom machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop 3D models, blueprints, and technical drawings for mechanical components
- Work collaboratively with engineers and production staff to ensure manufacturability
- Prepare clear visual presentations for internal teams and clients
- Design components compatible with CNC fiber laser cutting and bending machines
- Optimize designs for material use, production speed, and quality
- Participate in product development and prototyping initiatives
- Ensure all designs meet company and industry standards
Qualifications & Technical Skills
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or equivalent CAD tools
- Skilled in 3D modeling and preparing technical manufacturing drawings
- Familiarity with CNC machining, sheet metal design, and product prototyping is a plus

- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
