- Regional Senior Marketing Manager – Arts
Locations: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (Position 1); Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, or Zambia (Position 2)
Contract Types: Fixed Term (3 years for Position 1; 2 years for Position 2)
Salary:
- ETB 135,068/month (Position 1)
- Competitive (Position 2)

POSITION 1: HEAD OF ENGLISH & SCHOOL EDUCATION, ETHIOPIA
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Pay Band: 8
Salary: ETB 135,068 per month
Contract Duration: 3 Years (Fixed Term)
Contract Type: Locally Engaged (for Ethiopia)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage English and school education programmes in Ethiopia
- Oversee the delivery of externally funded education projects
- Coordinate monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) processes
- Engage with stakeholders including donors, government officials, and academics
- Integrate lessons from MEL into project strategy and implementation
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Postgraduate degree in English, Education, Development Studies, Project Management or related field
- Proven experience managing education-focused projects and donor-funded programmes
- Strong experience in MEL and applying its findings
- Stakeholder engagement with multilateral agencies and educational institutions
POSITION 2: REGIONAL SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER – ARTS
Location Options: Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, or Zambia
Contract Duration: 2 Years (Fixed Term)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver marketing strategies for arts and culture programmes
- Lead multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (including paid media)
- Develop audience engagement strategies across platforms
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and adapt strategies accordingly
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Marketing experience in arts, education, or nonprofit sectors
- Expertise in campaign design, execution, and performance tracking
- Strong digital marketing and content strategy skills
