POSITION SUMMARY

The FSMS Documentation Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining Food Safety Management System documentation in alignment with ISO 22000:2018 and FSSC 22000:2018 standards. This role plays a critical part in ensuring food safety compliance, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement in documentation processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage, update, and organize all FSMS-related documentation in accordance with international standards
  • Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with ISO 22000:2018 and FSSC 22000:2018
  • Serve as the FSMS Team Leader and coordinate audit preparations
  • Maintain document control systems and conduct internal reviews
  • Assist in employee training related to documentation protocols and food safety standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure document accuracy and traceability
  • Stay current with food safety regulatory requirements and industry best practices

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: BSc degree in Food Science, Applied Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in FSMS documentation and food safety roles
  • Certification: Trained and certified in ISO 22000:2018 and FSSC 22000:2018
  • Additional Experience: Proven leadership as FSMS Team Leader

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
  • Proficiency in document control software and digital file management systems
  • Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving capabilities
