POSITION SUMMARY
The FSMS Documentation Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining Food Safety Management System documentation in alignment with ISO 22000:2018 and FSSC 22000:2018 standards. This role plays a critical part in ensuring food safety compliance, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement in documentation processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage, update, and organize all FSMS-related documentation in accordance with international standards
- Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with ISO 22000:2018 and FSSC 22000:2018
- Serve as the FSMS Team Leader and coordinate audit preparations
- Maintain document control systems and conduct internal reviews
- Assist in employee training related to documentation protocols and food safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure document accuracy and traceability
- Stay current with food safety regulatory requirements and industry best practices
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: BSc degree in Food Science, Applied Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in FSMS documentation and food safety roles
- Certification: Trained and certified in ISO 22000:2018 and FSSC 22000:2018
- Additional Experience: Proven leadership as FSMS Team Leader

- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Proficiency in document control software and digital file management systems
- Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
