OPEN POSITIONS
1. Sales Agent
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Goal-oriented and proactive attitude
2. Graphics Designer
Requirements:
- Proven experience in graphic design
- Strong portfolio using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Web design, motion graphics, or video editing a plus
- Team-oriented and deadline-driven
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
3. Research Editor
Requirements:
- BA in Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant research experience
- Strong English writing and communication skills
- Analytical, with strong time management skills
4. Reporters
Requirements:
- Passion for journalism
- Excellent writing and English fluency
- Detail-oriented and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work flexible hours
5. Assignment Editor
Requirements:
- BA in Journalism, Communications, or related Social Sciences
- Minimum 1 year of relevant editorial experience
- Proficiency in English (Amharic is a plus)
- Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills
6. Editor-in-Chief
Requirements:
- Proven experience in editorial leadership
- Skilled in content production, editing, and team management
- Strategic thinker with business knowledge
- Exceptional writing and multitasking skills
- Fluent in English
7. Deputy Editor-in-Chief
Requirements:
- BA in Journalism, Communications, or related fields
- Strong experience in editorial roles and research
- Fluent in English with expertise in economic and policy analysis
- Excellent communication, leadership, and digital publishing skills
8. Creative Art Director
Requirements:
- BA in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Fine Arts
- 5+ years in a senior design role
- Leadership and project management experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including After Effects & Premiere Pro)
- Strong design portfolio and deadline-oriented mindset
