Open Positions
1. Call Center Representative (Fresh Graduate Role)
Education:
- BA Degree in any field from a recognized university
Experience:
- No experience required (0 years)
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat
- Provide information on company products, services, and policies
- Handle complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Process orders and provide general support to customers
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (local time)
Location: Addis Ababa
2. Research and Development Officer
Education:
- BA Degree in Marketing, Economics, Sociology, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in marketing or social development research
Core Competencies:
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Ability to assist senior researchers with design and execution
- Familiarity with contemporary research methodologies and tools
Location: Addis Ababa
3. Senior Research and Development Officer
Education:
- Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Economics, Sociology, Psychology, or Business Administration
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in applied research and development
Core Competencies:
- Advanced analytical and report writing skills
- Experience using data analysis tools
- Proven ability to design, lead, and report on research projects
Language Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Amharic; additional language skills are a plus
